As promised in last week's newsletter, this week I highlight the recipe of pasta and green onions. It may sound like a simple dish, but if you use high-quality olive oil and Italian Parmesan cheese, it can be outstanding. It is our go to meal when we return from traveling. I'm a firm believer in having one dish that you can make from your pantry without even thinking. This is that dish in our family. Eggs would also make a good foundation for these types of dishes.
