Weeknight ground beef tacos

A quick and easy recipe for a weeknight. The entire dinner can be made in less than 20 minutes. If you have time, marinate the meat in the spices and vinegar up to 24 hours before cooking the meat. Cover and refrigerate. If you don't have time, it will still taste good. Serve with tortillas, chopped onions and tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

Ingredients
2 - 3 tablespoons Taco seasoning
2 - 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 pound ground beef
Instructions
• Add the spice mixture and vinegar to the meat. Combine thoroughly. This can be done up to 24 hours in advance, but make be aware of the expiration date of the meat.
• In a large skillet cook the ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally to break up the meat, until the beef is cooked through, about 12 - 15 minutes.
• Drain before serving to remove the accumlated fat.
Variations
• Sauté a chopped onion in the skillet before adding the ground beef.
Storage
• Can be cooked 3 - 4 days ahead, covered, and refrigerated, or frozen for 3 - 4 months.
