Flank steak marinade

You can never have enough marinades. Be careful of the salt content of this one because of the amount of soy sauce. You can use low-sodium soy sauce. Definitely don't add any additional salt.

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon onion powder or dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil, regular or spicy
Instructions
• Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Variations
• Add a teaspoon of Sambal Oelek, Sriracha, or chili garlic sauce.
Storage
• This can be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate 3 -4 days.
• Marinate flank steak or top sirloin steak for 1 hour at room temperature or 3 - 4 hours refrigerated. Turn occasionally.
