Cotija sauce

I serve this sauce with Blackened shrimp tacos, but as it turns out, it is also a great dip for vegetables as well as a salad dressing. This recipe is an adaptation from a recipe I saw in Cooking Light.

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup Cotija or Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
Instructions
• Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Variations
• Use butttermilk instead of milk.
Storage
• Make this 3 - 4 days ahead, cover and refrigerate.
