Cotija sauce
I serve this sauce with Blackened shrimp tacos, but as it turns out, it is also a great dip for vegetables as well as a salad dressing. This recipe is an adaptation from a recipe I saw in Cooking Light.

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 cup Cotija or Parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco |
