Chili dogs
If you prepare the chili con carne the night before, this meal can be ready in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients |

1 recipe Chili con carne |
4 - 8 hot dogs |
4 - 8 hot dog buns |
shredded cheese for garnish |
chopped onion for garnish |
Instructions |

• Put the hot dogs in a pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Cook 6 - 8 minutes. |
• Cook or reheat the chili con carne. |
• Toast the buns slightly if you want. |
• Put one or two hot dogs on each bun. Top with the chili con carne. Garnish as desired. |
