Broiling, baking, and grilling are easy ways to cook meat without adding a lot of calories. Unfortunately, plain meat can be boring. Adding a sauce is a great way to add flavor and try something new. Ingredients
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup Frank's hot sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Instructions
• Combine all ingredients. Stir to combine.

Variations
• Add dried oregano or other spices.
Storage
• This can be made ahead and refrigerated 5 - 7 days.
